BrowsingBench measures the browsing experience of smartphones and other connected devices: "The Embedded Microprocessor Benchmark Consortium (EEMBC) announced that it has launched an industry-accepted method of evaluating web-browsing performance on portable connected devices. The EEMBC benchmark is called BrowsingBench, and it benefits processor vendors, operating system and browser developers, and system developers by providing an industry-standard and unbiased tool that determines the effectiveness of their hardware and software products in processing and displaying Web pages.
BrowsingBench measures from the click/touch on a URL to the final-page rendered on the screen which no other browsing benchmark does."
