This is an utterly bizarre yet creative concept.
Smozzy Lets You Browse the Web on Android Without a Data Plan: "Smozzy looks like a normal browser, but operates entirely through SMS and MMS messages. You just type a URL in the navigation bar, which it sends to Smozzy's servers, and returns a page as a series of MMS messages."
